Julian Fertitta serves as an associate at Ironbridge Realty Partners, and has been with the company since 2022. Born and raised in Houston, Julian has a deep understanding of the city's retail market and has made a quick transition from student to real estate professional. Julian operates in the Ironbridge Leasing Division and is responsible for leasing retail centers across the Houston MSA. In addition to working with institutional real estate owners, including LaSalle Investment Management, Kimco Realty, Westwood Financial, and South Coast, he also works to represent national and local tenants find their next retail site.

Prior to Ironbridge, Julian was a student at Texas Christian University.

Julian is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
