Mark Sondock is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ironbridge Realty Partners, a real estate investment and services firm focused on shaping the future of retail environments across high-growth markets. With more than two decades of experience, Mark leads Ironbridge’s integrated platform of leasing, asset management, and development, delivering strategic value to institutional, private equity, and retail clients.

At Ironbridge, Mark has built a best-in-class team executing across multiple service lines—including tenant representation, project leasing, and value-add redevelopment—while driving the firm’s investment strategy with capital partners on ground-up and repositioning projects.

Prior to Ironbridge, Mark launched and led the retail division at Stream Realty Partners, scaling it into Houston’s premier retail services group. Under his leadership, the team leased more than 5 million square feet and developed/acquired over 1 million square feet of retail assets. His earlier roles at NewQuest Properties and Trammell Crow Company solidified his expertise in retail leasing, tenant representation, and deal structuring.

Mark has represented a broad portfolio of clients, including L&B, Invesco, North American Development Group, Inland, Capcor Partners, and Murphy USA. Known for his ability to align real estate strategies with client growth objectives, Mark is a trusted advisor and operator in the retail space.

He has been recognized as a Real Estate Heavy Hitter by the Houston Business Journal and a CoStar Power Broker, and is an active member of ICSC.
