Ralph Tullier is the co-founder and managing partner of lronbridge Realty Partners, a privately held real estate services and investment company primarily focused on retail. 
lronbridge's retail service business includes project leasing, property management on behalf of institutional and privately held owners of retail assets as well as actively represents tenants national, regional and local tenants in their retail space needs. Development and investment activities are focused on ground-up development and re-development of existing shopping centers with various local and institutional capital partners. 

Prior to lronbridge Realty, Mr. Tullier started and ran the retail platform for Stream Realty in Houston for 6 years. The group grew to more than 12 real estate professionals and developed and acquired numerous shopping centers in the south Texas region. Activity included leasing and managing more than 5.0M SF of grocery and power tenant anchored shopping center as well as the development and acquisition of more than 1.0 M SF. 

For the 14 years prior to joining Stream Realty, Mr. Tullier spearheaded the retail development and acquisition group at Trammell Crow Company where he was tasked with the creation and implementation of strategy to source new business opportunities within development, acquisition and construction management groups. Preceding his tenure within the retail development division, Ralph served in the capital markets group and was responsible for securing and executing disposition and acquisition assignment throughout the Southwestern United States. He brokered more than 100 separate transactions totaling $1.5B of sales involving retail, office and industrial product types.
