Tyler Horne brings a people-first approach to commercial real estate, specializing in retail leasing and tenant representation across Greater Houston. His background leading one of Houston’s most recognizable institutions gives him a unique perspective on how people, places, and businesses connect.

For 17 years, Tyler served as Director of Houston’s largest farmers market in the heart of River Oaks, managing hundreds of vendors and thousands of weekly visitors while helping local entrepreneurs and national brands expand their footprint. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what drives successful retail, from the importance of location and operations to relationships built on trust and collaboration. It also connected him with a diverse network of chefs, restaurateurs, ranchers, and developers who continue to shape Houston’s food and retail landscape today.

In real estate, Tyler brings that same energy and intuition to deal-making and negotiation, creating value and alignment for both tenants and landlords. Outside of work, he’s an avid fly fisherman who loves to cook for friends, explore great restaurants, and spend time outdoors with his wife and daughter.
